The So Called War against Terror

-continuation international and national situation

Even if there is no substantial change of situation in real world capitalists-imperialists are capable of creating an issue plan fully to divert people’s attention from their real enemy towards a fake enemy and keep people engaged in fighting against the same. The so called war against Terror being conducted globally under U.S. – British leadership is one such example on record.

In our opinion what is being referred to as terrorism is simply born of and is nurtured by the exploitative and repressive capitalist imperialist system. In order to have the world free of Terror in the real sense capitalism – imperialism will have to be done away with. The so called war against Terror currently going on worldwide is actually aimed at suppressing internal militant sections of people fighting for their independence against different capitalist – imperialist oppressive regimes. This is why besides Anglo – American imperialists the most enthusiastic participants are India and Russia. While one is trying to suppress the struggle of Kashmiri people the other has to suppress the struggle for freedom of the Chechan people, And in the Moscow Declaration jointly made by India and Russia they made categorical provision for this by including the ‘struggles for right of self determination in the definition of Terrorism’.

On the one hand making profit at the highest rate and on the other continuous squeezing of the scopes to invest and roll in large way in the manufacturing industries due to the ever increasing intense general crisis of recession in the economy has caused colossal amount of excess capital, due to the absence of adequate scopes for being invested and earn profit in the manufacturing processes, is today taking recourse to move globally as huge amounts of usurious finance capital in search of scopes to be invested in servicing works instead of manufacturing ones to earn fabulous high profit more assuredly and with less risk.

So far as business relation is concerned this usurious finance capital does not have any special relation with any particular country as its own. For any country its real point of consideration is the utility and potentially of the said country as a market for its business. For it, all other considerations are secondary to this primary one and are to be appreciated or not accordingly. Its gigantic volume has given it the strength to view the entire globe, as though telescopically, from a long distance, as only market. Long back Lenin pointed out to this increasingly cosmopolitan character of usurious excess finance capital. Which was more a developing feature then, has now become the dominant feature then has now become the dominant feature in its full form in reality. Giant multinational corporations (MNCs) operating globally are the examples.

Many other developments took place simultaneously. As a result of restoration of capitalism in the countries of former socialist camp the markets of those countries which once went out of bounds of the capitalist world, have again gone back to the fold of capitalist world market got its spheres substantially expanded in a big way.

Again there were developments which counterbalanced the gain of the imperialist – capitalists on this score to a considerable extent. By the same period the national bourgeois class of the newly independent ex – colonies and the new bourgeoisie of the erstwhile socialist countries have come up as new competitors in the world market. Some of them are big enough to demand to be recognized as regional superpowers and to be treated as the dependable agents of the superpower in their respective regions, and as equals in negotiations on international issues of common interests.

Majority of these hitherto called newly independents are no more worth calling newly independent. Many of them have, in the process of capitalist development already developed monopoly capital and by striking a merger with banking capital has not only given birth to but are also exporting finance capital to other backward countries, exhibiting thereby their considerably grown imperialist character.

Of course, even today they are still less powerful, backward in relation to the highly developed and powerful traditional imperialist countries. But, for that, one will have to understand that what the word ‘developed’ used to mean during the days of all – sided development of 19th century capitalism is not an cannot be the same as the word means today in the period of dying capitalism. Those who do not understand this will go on craving for seeing capitalism to develop in form and content similar to the imaginary image they do carry in mind but this will never happen. They may be anything but not Marxists. Capitalist development today is bound to be a kind of retarded growth, half – baked and associated with incurable sickness.
